Grant writing and management is a constant in the nonprofit world, which means you are often scrambling to meet deadlines. In the midst of this frenzy, you don’t always have time to focus on the heart of the grant - the program design. We can help you in both of these areas.

In addition to writing the grant proposal, we partner with your program and grants team to design creative and innovative programming that can work within the current environment of your organization. This approach allows you to submit the best possible response while taking pressure off of your team. The bonus is that once you’re awarded the grant, you have a program design you can implement right away.

HEALTHCARE PARTNERSHIP READINESS

In an effort to improve health outcomes, healthcare organizations have realized the importance of addressing social drivers of health - including access to healthy and nutritious food. Food banks have an opportunity to become a critical partner in this work and in doing so, can expand programming as well as diversify and increase funding.

Our team of experts, with decades of healthcare and food banking experience, uses our proprietary Framework for Change to assess your organization’s readiness to successfully start, scale, or optimize healthcare partnerships. We work closely with your team to understand the current state of your programming and to identify your long-term goals. At the end of the assessment, we provide a customized, results-driven action plan and review summary. In addition, our team will provide you with support as you move to develop reimbursable programming and partnerships.
